Ebal Srl is a company specialized in transformation and distribution of beef meat. Ebal was created in 1987 in the town of Pozzonovo (PD) and was always based there. We have always specialized in the production of fresh and frozen beef meat: namely our main area of expertise covers all working and transformation process, from deboning and cutting, to packaging and distribution. We are present on the Italian national market but also on all main international markets. From our early days 70-80% of our turnover is based on exports.

The company policy provides for a standardization of the control processes through an internal HACCP self-control plan (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).

We use only suppliers
who satisfied the strict sanitary and quality requirements. Our company policy
implements standardization of quality and hygiene control by using an internal
HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points) which identify the critical points of production.
